Lab-Plant사 분무건조기의 atomizer로서 이류체노즐방식을 채택하고 있으며 Co current flow feeding방식에 의해 분말이 제조되기 때문에 건조시 열에 민감한 시료에도 적합하며 이런 분무건조방식은 최종 입자의 모양을 균일하게 원형을 유지할 수 있기 때문에 Oven, Freeze Dryer, Rotary Evaporator로 건조할 때 발생하는 cake라 불리는 덩어리를 형성하지 않습니다. 또한 automatic de-blocking device를 채택하여 jet nozzle이 막히는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있습니다.

Spray Dryer(SD-Basic) SD-Basic 모델은 가장 간단하고 효과적인 실험실용 장비로서 처음으로 분무건조기 방식을 채택하려고 하는 trial 및 evaluation을 원하는 고객에게 적당한 저렴한 모델입니다. 물론 drying chamber를 구성하는 모든 glassware, sample collection bottle, waste collection bottle, clamps, seals, 모든 tubing등이 공급되나 air compressor는 내장되어 있지 않기 때문에 별도로 준비해야 합니다.
